Luxury Property Care (USA) is a premium real estate concierge service headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida. We assist international clients in evaluating, purchasing, and leasing properties across Europe. As our European division rapidly expands, we are looking for local Property Inspection Agents to join our team.

If you are looking for a flexible schedule, an opportunity to work independently in the field, and a high earning potential, this is your chance.

What you will do:
As a Property Inspection Agent, you will be our "eyes on the ground." When a client based in the US or another country expresses interest in a property in your region, you will physically visit the site to verify its condition.
Your main responsibilities:
• Visiting assigned properties (apartments, houses, commercial spaces) in your city or neighboring areas.
• Conducting a thorough visual inspection of the interior and exterior.
• Taking high-quality photographs of all rooms, amenities, and any visible defects (minimum 15 photos per property).
• Recording a continuous, one-frame video walkthrough of the property.
• Communicating with local realtors or property representatives on-site to coordinate access.
• Sending the collected photo and video materials to your personal manager for quality review.

No prior experience in real estate is required. We provide comprehensive training and detailed step-by-step instructions for every task. Your smartphone is the only tool you need.

• High earning potential: Earnings depend directly on your activity and availability. With a high volume of requests, top agents can earn up to 7,000 EUR per month.

Requirements:
• Age: 18+ years old.
• Location: Must be physically present in Europe (Hungary, Romania, Slovakia, Poland, and others. CIS countries excluded).
• Equipment: A smartphone with a working camera and sufficient storage for photos/videos.
• Skills: Basic English to communicate with the management team and read instructions.
• Mindset: Punctual, detail-oriented, and responsible. You must be able to follow clear guidelines and deliver quality materials on time.
